Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule an appointment, you can log in at the top of our home page on RightNowMediaLLC.com using the same email address used for your reservation, and then select the "My Bookings" tab. You can then select a new date and time from there. Unless appointment insurance is purchased, all appointments made within 48 hours of the reservation time are final. We do not offer refunds, and we do not transfer payments to future reservations. Any property, equipment, or props damaged during your booking by you or your guests will result in Right Now Media LLC withholding your product until payment for a replacement or repair has been made.
